We’re praying for the health and wellness of all Groubal members as we navigate the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) to the United States and the world. Rest assured, Groubal’s highest priority continues to be glorifying God by serving you, our faithful members.
Groubal’s staff will be affected for the next two weeks by the state and national response to the coronavirus pandemic. Groubal is based in Ohio, where Gov. Mike Dewine has ordered the closure of schools, restaurants, and more. To this point, coronavirus is confirmed in 24 Ohio counties and is undoubtedly spreading to others.
Groubal has users across the country and has website administrators in office space located in Ohio. To help protect the health and safety of each employee, their families and neighbors, and our state and nation, Groubal is voluntarily suspending most operations for 14 days, through April 4, per the social distancing recommendations from elected officials and medical authorities.
Groubal decided it would be irresponsible of us to not do what government officials and medical authorities are asking people to do to help stem the spread of coronavirus. Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for being a Groubal user.

What does this mean for you?
We understand that your immediate questions and concerns are about what this means to you and your families, and we trust the below information will be helpful to you.
It means the support office is suspending most operations until April 4, but during this time your emails and communication should work as normal. We encourage you to do so using Groubal’s Member Portal. The Groubal support staff will process your support tickets as quickly as we are able.
Use Groubals’s contact page, email or social media to reach out to Groubal. During the closure, Groubals’s contact by phone will be restricted. You can make membership payments on the Groubal Member Portal.
