How\’s this for a groubal? I am a current Verizon Wireless customer. The charger port (where you plug the phone charger into the phone) broke on my cell phone. Naturally, I didn\’t worry because a $4.99 phone insurance charge is included in my monthly billing package. Little did I know, that when I brought my phone in for what should have been a hassle free experience, I had to wait 45 minutes just to be seen. Meanwhile the next 3 people that entered the store after me, to either pay a bill or start a new contract, were seen immediately. But yet there I am still waiting to be seen. I pay for the unlimited $99.99 plan every month, and is it wrong to assume Verizon profits plenty off my two year contract? Thats $1200 plus taxes a year. So I ask you one more question, does Verizon Wireless not base their customer service significance off whom they are currently at that moment profiting the most?
