I have been without and then with sporadic DSL for almost 2 weeks now. In contact with corporate resolution team. They are very nice but have produced no results. Tech missed appointment after staying home all day. Notes from corporate technical team specifically tell tech in the field to change ports at the remote terminal yet tech support told me it was not done so they are sending another tech out today. It has been almost 8 years of on and off DSL service with Verizon.
I have spoken with Verizon corporate resolution team many times. They know me by name. I now call them directly as their traditional customer service channel is overseas and they simply read a script. Besides, I can’t understand them anyway.
