I ordered size 8 Uggs from this company after making sure that size 8 fit in the store. The boots were discounted by $80 from the store price. I checked their return policy before ordering and they said returns were easy if returned within 15 days. After waiting 2 weeks to receive the boots they did not fit, they were too small. When I emailed about how to return them, I got pressured to buy a second pair of boots. When I declined to buy the second pair, I finally received the address in China where to send the boots back. After spending $40 to send them back, I received the boots back as undeliverable in China. I requested a voucher for a prepaid return shipping and never heard back. I requested a credit to my credit card for the shipping of the boots and I never heard back.
So I am stuck with a pair of expensive boots that don’t fit and a lot of money spent in shipping.
