In this day and technological age, customers should not have to resort to petitioning to get back what they deserve but oh I forgot, there is no such thing as customer service anymore so why should I be surprised. Good Luck Kathy!

It seems as though the customer service at Home Depot is getting worse by the day.
First, they wouldn't take back an appliance that quit worrking after only 2 months for a friend of mine and now this.
Well Kathy you certainly have my support and I keep us posted. Because if this is not resolved I will make sure that none of my friends and aquaintences ever shop there again.

A good business person, knows how to keep their customers happy. Honoring a lost gift card, when the receiver or payee can prove the card was not used, is the right thing to do.
