I contacted the AA to cancel our membership nearly one month ago, plenty of time before renewal.
when I phoned got the we are so busy message and then was cut off
So I thought I would take them up on their convienient 48hr call back service to my mobile number so I could cancel our membership.
Hey no call 4 emails later still no call and a £91 charge to our credit card
have had to charge back the monies via our card provider as they seem unable to use a telephone!!!
