T-Mobile unyielding on Contract Termination in Spite of Awful Service

T-Mobile service doesn’t work at my new address in spite of its service maps having showing me as being in a ‘GOOD’ service area (after my complainting the maps were subsequently changed to ‘MARGINAL’ for my area). Efforts to get the problem resolved or else release me from the contract have been for naught. Company says that before Jan 2011 customers were released when service was unusable, as is my case, Now their policy is to not let customers out of their contracts for any reason.

Also when I stopped autopay through my credit card as a result of the poor service I was receiving and the generally awful state of its coustomer ‘care’, T-Mobile charged me a nefarious ‘payment return fee’ and even after promising to credit the fee suspended my service when the company failed to do so.

Now I get what the tagline ‘Stick Together’ means. Perhaps a more resonant tagline for them might be ‘Stick Together or Stick ‘Em Up!’

T-Mobile is going down--and they know it.

Cancel your contract. Then, when they charge you a termination fee, submit a demand for arbitration as stated in the contract. T-Mobile will credit the termination fee because it cost them much more than the fee to go to arbitration.

I'm a young woman in America today, who wishes I could have lived in the old days when erfedom was real, and patriotism meant something. For the first time in my life I can't necessarily say I'm proud to be an American. I don't know I'd be proud to be a citizen of any other country, but I feel as though it is us against our government. We can no longer elect people into office that are going to go along with the disasterous plan trying to take place. We need someone who still believes in the Constitution and what it stood for. We need to stand up for ourselves and not let PEOPLE decide if we live or die. God is who I obey, and I refuse to be beaten down by any man. Please Ron Paul, run for president, and help us fight to keep this country alive.

Stop signing contacts! Pay more upfront and have freedom from there out. I have been painfully learning this lesson for years now. The contract NEVER helps you, nor does it act as an advocate for you. If THEY ask you for a contract it's because it's for THEM!
