I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for years and had been a very satisfied customer. However lately their service had gotten terrible. I experience numerous dropped calls and often times calls just dont come through and go straight to Voice Mail.
This extends to when i call as well, it will often not complete the call.
I have called customer service and was told they checked the signal in my area and the coverage should be fine. I asked to be let out of my contract, since i was not getting adequate service and was told that ” T-Mobile does not grantee cell coverage and even it I had no service at all I would have to continue or pay the $200 cancellation fee.
After being a customer fol over 5 years i have had it with this company and am willing to pay another carried more for decent cell coverage. After all i did sign up to get a CELL phone, one that could make and receive calls.

we have an elderly Alzheimer victim living with us and we need immediate access to 911 services.We have been with T Moblie since VOICE STREAM DAYS OR FOR APPROXIMATELY 12years or so . Any ideas on how to rid ourselves of their " LEASE " agreement with a company that cannot provide service appreciated. We have tried the in home booster and all other options.
