Day 2 of departure on our 4th attempt on an US airways flight… This flight is overbooked by a number of seats with 20 standby passengers who may or may not have also purchased a ticket for this flight. The ticket agents are rude and NO one can give us a definite answer or directions on how to get home. Our options fly to PHX to fly to Vegas or fly to PHX to get to LA to drive to Las Vegas and that’s only if we make an overbooked flight. No one will help us get home they all push us off onto someone else. Customer Service tells us something different than the ticket counter and everyones is in such a rush to get us out of their face. Employees fly free and boot paying customers… If that’s the case reserve seats for your employees or give me my money back so I may go spend double that at a different airline… Which totally sucks and is not fair!
