I upgraded, and renewed my contact early as my cell phone became defective..
The rep on the phone told me since I was such a good customer he was going to give me three months hot spot free, on both cell phones (family plan). Not only did Sprint not honor that, they double billed me for the hot spot on my next bill. When I called they double talked me. I had my son call, they corrected the double billing, but said since it was not noted on account re; hot spot, they could do nothing. Since than they have been overcharging me on my monthly family plan. Last month they made some adjustments after my son tried calling them and l/w. No call back, no explanation, no apology, but they took about $50. off. This month overbilled again, they refuse to do anything. I have a family plan of $79.99, they are charging me a base rate of $110, + an additional 19.99 on my sons phone, + various other charges that they can probably justify, I have no idea. We do have smart phones which does add an extra $10. a month to the bill

On another note, one time Sprint billed me over $1,500 because of a computer glitch that billed all of the night and weekend calls at over-the-limit calls and it took a year to get that resolved.
