I upgraded, and renewed my contact early as my cell phone became defective..
The rep on the phone told me since I was such a good customer he was going to give me three months hot spot free, on both cell phones (family plan). Not only did Sprint not honor that, they double billed me for the hot spot on my next bill. When I called they double talked me. I had my son call, they corrected the double billing, but said since it was not noted on account re; hot spot, they could do nothing. Since than they have been overcharging me on my monthly family plan. Last month they made some adjustments after my son tried calling them and l/w. No call back, no explanation, no apology, but they took about $50. off. This month overbilled again, they refuse to do anything. I have a family plan of $79.99, they are charging me a base rate of $110, + an additional 19.99 on my sons phone, + various other charges that they can probably justify, I have no idea. We do have smart phones which does add an extra $10. a month to the bill

I have been with Sprint for over 12 years and every 2-year renewal comes the double billing. They claim they deduct it at the end, Only there is never a credit for the prepaid last month, only another double bill at renewal, plus of course all their other charges for adding and renewing per line, per device. At this point, Sprint owes me several thousand dollars. I see other complaints listed throughout the internet. This appears to be willful and deceptive billing practice on Sprint's behalf and it deserves the attention of a call for consumers who are in the same situtation. Most people don't even realize that they prepaid the extra month 2 years later.

On another note, one time Sprint billed me over $1,500 because of a computer glitch that billed all of the night and weekend calls at over-the-limit calls and it took a year to get that resolved.

Anyone out there who was double billed (or billed an additional month in advance) from Sprint...please sign here......

I think all Sprint customers, whom Sprint has been over charging or who have bogus charges on their bill should be able to file a law suit against Sprint because even though Sprint is dead wrong they proceed to make matters worse by messing up your credit.

I never chose to be a Sprint customer I was an absorbed Nextel customer for over 15 years.Sprint loves to breach contracts but if you do they have a fit and charge you everything they can.They changed my plan without my permission from an everything 450 to a Everything 1500 plan. Which was an extra $40 per month,I'm still disputing this after 8 months. They don't cancel services and keep charging you ,they double

Why should I pay an extra $40 on the shared family plan ($19.99/each line) when the cost is already $110 for the plan? Makes no sense! I want to leave a Sprint now.

I have been overseas since 2009. I settled my final bill with sprint before leaving. Now, 4 years later my sister sent copy of collection notice for $202 balance yet not once had another bill been sent from sprint prior to this. How to resolve from 7000 mils away and so long ago w/o documentation! Bewildering!

i had just pd a $300 dollar sprint bill & 14days later they are charging me another $300 for adding a line in which they said was gonna b $20....I think we should be able to bring a law suit to Sprint for messing up or trying to mess up peoples credit. I been a paying customer for 2yrs & i really doubt ill b for another year.
