After spending 2 hours with the horrible customer service that is obviously located in india and worse than microsoft I managed to set up my slingbox solo initially by hooking it directly to the router but not dvr because they are in separate rooms and finally got my slingplayer ID. Now I hooked everythingback up to the dvr and the router with the SlingLink Turbo and am getting the same issue I originally got with the setup. The first light on the slinglink turbo is solid green and the other 2 are blinking green when they should be solid green. The slingbox solo has both lights solid red. Also in the initial setup it required me to a manual wireless setup because the automatic didnt work and I am not so sure the manual worked either but it gave me the option to continue anyways and get the slingplayer ID.
So there is something obvioualy not working with the slingbox the slinglink turbo and the connection which works perfectly fine on my computer that is hooked into the same router.

Same issues. Havent been able to get my slingbox solo to work for awhile now....after numerous resets/reinstalls. It was working fine then stopped working with no changes at all to the network or computer. Sounds like there are tons of people having these issues and Slingbox is totally ignoring the issue. Hopefully someone will start to organize some sort of lawsuit. This is ridiculous.
