I ordered product from Herbal remedies june 5, 2011. entered request on 9/29/11 requested a refund as taking way too long. (ordered same product elsewhere and received immediately)

Our apologies for the delay and any inconvenience this backorder may have caused, your request to cancel the backorder item (s) has been received.
I have canceled your backordered items with our warehouse and submitted a refund request to the accounting department for review and approval. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement depending on your bank.
i still as of yet have not received any refund. as of January 20, 2012
