QWEST – HORRIBLE! Do NOT sign up with them EVER!!!

I specifically told Qwest NOT to send me anything for the install of my DSL. I told them I did not and would not pay the $20 fee. I received an e-mail and a phone call from a Qwest agent indicating they would not send me anything. Well guess what?! They did and not I am being charged $20 for the shipment – I DON’T THINK SO! I bundled with my DirecTV service so my DSL bill should be less than $20 a month – my first bill has the rate at $50 a month. Qwest needs to get their act together and FAST! When installing, I called the install team and spent over an hour on the phone with them – still the internet wasn’t working. I was working from home that day and she caused me to miss a meeting. I continued using my Comcast internet to finish working and then I went back and installed the internet without any issues in less than 5 minutes. Thanks for the “professional” service Qwest and for attempting to overcharge me.

Simple requests or directions don't seem to be so simple for some companies....or is it a strategic plan to ignore/bill customers hoping for some uncontested revenue?

I just did my request oinlne for U-verse oinlne in Houston, TX and the service will be installed on March16th, I requested it February 2!!!! Insane wait time, this is unaccepatable, if there are any further delays I have every right to be p##$%@d off because if you have more than a month to prepare for installation everything should go perfectly, I will update on this.
