On 10/16/11 my vehicle was side swiped by a driver insured by Progressive, The driver crossed the center of the road and was sighted for not maintaining control of their vehicle and reckless driving. Well, that accident caused over $1900.00 in damages to my vehicle. Progressive refused to pay to fix the damages caused by a driver insured by them. My insurance covered their part and now, has to take progressive to court to force them to do the right thing. I payed out of pocket and am still waiting for Progressive to take responsibility for their policy coverage.
