After sending back a Christmas present from my boyfriend I received in the wrong size, I requested for a straight swap in a different size. We got an email saying ASOS had received it. There was no further contact until my boyfriend had noticed he had been refunded. We contacted ASOS and they told us the size I wanted was not in stock, despite the website allowing you purchase it in a new transaction. My boyfriend used a promotional code to get 20% off and ASOS will not send out the shirt, instead they want us to do a new transaction and not honour the discount. No replacement Christmas present for me.
