From start to finish, the process of locating my missing bag has been terrible. I checked twice to ensure my bag would arrive at the appropriate destination. I was told to wait for at least an hour for my bag to arrive at baggage claim. I was then told that the bag was still in Washington, DC but was found and would be on the next flight into JFK. When I called to check on it later that night, they said the bag was still missing but would be on the next flight out and I would have it by 4p the next day. When I called this morning, the bag was still missing, and they are now unsure of where the bag is and when it will arrive. Nobody has answers and the only thing they’ll see is that the bag isn’t considered missing until five days from the time it was reported “missing.”
