Husband and I are long time members of Planet Fitness facility near us. 8 months ago our credit card was changed. We updated billing on PF site to reflect our new card info. PF continued to charge our old card and every time they had trouble with it, they would charge an additional fee. We were shocked to get a termination letter and went to site to update yet again only to find $160 in fees were owed due to the fact that billing continued to try to hit that old card, no phone calls were placed to us. Our facility gave us the billing persons cell phone number, and she has refused to take our calls or return our voicemails. We are attempting to get credits for charges that should never have occurred.
