PayNet Systems — Dishonest and Poor Customer Service

This company offers a service to process credit cards and charges only $10 a month. They have a 6-month contract and advertise that they don’t charge cancellation fees.

However, I wanted to cancel and they were going to charge me $75 to cancel although their website clearly states “no cancellation fees” — in fact, that’s their selling point.

I’ve been getting charged monthly for a service that I don’t use. Now the fees have gone up — after I’ve asked to cancel.

I have also been trying to contact their customer service for the past week and have no response. They are just out to get your money.

There are several complaints about this company on the web. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. It is a scam.

Calee, if what you say is correct and the "fine print" doesn't indicate anything else (can't trust advertising), then I agree and won't look to give them my business.

I had a similar issue. Bad customer Service. In years past I was told that because I was with a certain group I would not get charged the $75 fee but this year they changed their minds and charged it anyway. I'm canceling as of today! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

I'm pretty sure I was told on the phone no contract. Then when I tried to cancel I was told I had a 6 month contract and if I wanted to cancel it would be $75. So I decided to ride it out. One thing that really chapped me though was the FREE equipment that cost me $25 for shipping had to be sent back before they would cancel my contract. This free equipment that didn't work anyway will probably be sent to someone else for a mere $25. I wouldn't recommend this company to any one. I just didn't like my experience.
