I have mediacom for cable and high speed internet service. I recently move to a new place and I got the new bill from mediacom In the amount of 228 dollars so I called customer service because I’m supposed to pay $29.99 for internet and 29.99 for cable. The agent told me that it was a 2 month bill they charge when you change address but they didn’t told me that before. Well even with 2 months it doesn’t add up so she said that the bill was wrong and I was getting charge a higher price for cable and that she would fix it she told me to call back in 2 days so they cold give me the Wright amount I would pay. She also told me that the cable was going to be $39.99 not the $29.99 they advertise in the offer. So OK well I called back and the bill remains the same and the agent I talk to didn’t know of any corrections or changes so I have to explain again and again I’m told to wait 2 days and call back to get the Wright priceso on the mean time I’m stuck and they don’t seem to care. Every body from work hate media com and they all moved to dish network or direct TV. But I got trick by their lies and now I’m in this dilemma
