We hired Lemke & Sons in St. Paul, MN to assist us in some aspects of a building addition. We had a signed contact, but once we paid him a couple days later he stated he was done and left. We had to pay him in CASH, per his request. The deliverables of the contract were; plan review, a building addition budget, estimates, etc. He did not provide any of the items listed.
When I complained he got mad and was rude and nasty. I even submitted a complaint with the BBB (complaint case #57222998) but he was not interested in resolution or mediation. I should have known something was a miss when he required CASH ONLY.
