Baggage disappeared on a flight from Miami to São Paulo and only appeared 8 days later. Many of my objects were stolen (I have credit card receipt) and bag came 2 kgs lighter.
LAN Airlines offers $300 for refund or NOTHING, which is much less than what was stolen. In other words, they are paying customers to shut up and go away. They make it difficult so customers get tired and give up.
DISRESPECTFUL to say the least!
