I had a bad experience at the Jeju Air counter at Gimpo airport in Seoul. Filled a complaint letter in October of 2010. Have not received any response. Went to the counter today in Jeju and was laughed and talked down to by the supervisor that it wasn’t his job to help me with that. I am furious and I want to advise people to not fly Jeju Air they are incompetent, not professional and the airline operates like a country airline.
