I saved my onepass miles for 10 years, the first international flight I have ever been in, My honeymoon trip, etc I loved Continental, they merged to United so I used my miles to book a flight, the city I was derparting from was not available online so I had to book it online and then call to change the ciy, that is waht csr told me.
Time after time, CSR kept getting my reservation messed up. So finally someone told me I lost one of the legs on my reservation due to united lack of responsability, then I had to change all my paid reservation hotels etc etc etc. SO i moved my traveling dates… they said no problem flight confirmed… one week later leg dropped again. I called they said it was Taca (the other airline involved) but they took care of thata, next week again leg dropped from Itinerary. another CSR said Taca has the right to reject me as a a passanger, that he could try again, that I would have to call again to confirm and it would cost me $75 per person extra to have my reservation back how it was originallY AND THEN I WAS DROPPED FROM THE LINE.
CSR DENIED MY RIGHT TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR.
By the way since I was overseas every phone call costed me $20 for 5 times…
I have been dealing with this since february, My trip is in October.
