After some research online I found the name and fax number of Ken Caldwell-Vice President of Retail and Franchise Operations.His phone is 508 626 2300 and his fax is 508 844 0961, I could never get through to him, but I faxed a letter of concern, asking for a refund of my $51.14, as I was not satisfied with his ham, with no reponse from a Dec 28th fax, and a follow up fax on Jan 14th. I realize that any company employee or product can have a bad day, but I expect a return confirmation of my fax and a full refund.
