Ordered a radio controlled boat for my grandson inJune 2011. Boat would not work. Waited several weeks for a response to get a “return authorization” to send the boat back. Returned the boat, heard nothing for weeks, finally contacted them by live chat and they said yes, we have the boat and you have a credit $54.00 and change and was told to reorder online. Credit had an expiration date. Online has no area to indicate I had a credit with the company. Call any time and always get the “experiencing high volume of calls”. Allows you to leave a call back #…no one ever calls back. Finally got info after I sent a rude email got a return email with a specific person to contact for reorder. No one ever responded to that email. When I googled’d complaints about Hobby Tron it seems their practice is to drag you along until the credit expires. Help!

You've got to be kidding! Who puts tutsaes all over a boat? And why all the t.v.s? Are you sailing or just living on a houseboat? Sure, it's wonderfully new and shiny boat, but it's overkill and doesn't look like the boat of a sailor but of someone who is just showing off a possession. If that were my boat, and I wish it were as it is in fine condition, I'd throw the tutsaes, chotchkeys and extraneous stuff overboard and have one heck of a sharp boat which would be lovely to live on and actually sail!

Did not make it pass 2 minutes 33 scodnes I agree with Beth: they better stoaway all those statues or they will become projectiles, that is if they ever go underway, I like the dolphins though since I collect dolphins trinquets. Steve is right, who are we to bash someone else's boat our home/boat is our castle and it is a beautiful boat, too bad it is presented in such a boring way.
