I bought over $5000 in appliances including a tv and two video cameras.I bought all this in one month not even two years ago. I have had my refrigerator replaced because they put a lot of dents in it when they brought it to my house. since then I have had to have parts replaced three times each time it took the one to two weeks to get out to my house and another two weeks to get the part. Meantime leaving me without a fridge for three weeks. My husband has insulin that has to be cold. I have a 5 yr warranty and when I went to Hhgregg to see if they can give me a fridge until mine got fixed or replace my fridge, Because it clearly says in the warranty that if they have to fix it three times for the same reason they have to replace it. Hhgregg said there was nothing they could do to help me, That they just sold the warranty , The people they told me to call for the warranty said they couldn’t do anything either. What was the purpose in buying a warranty when it isn’t worth the paper it is written on. everyone I have talk to who has bought from Hhgregg or who has even just walked in to look has had a bad experience there. I should have known when I went to buy all the stuff I bought. I was just looking at the prices at first like any normal person would do is compare prices. The sales person said” when you bring money we will do some talking”. When I went in today to see if they could help me they tried to sale me another fridge. I wouldn’t buy from them again if they gave it to me.
