When they brought the car back from detailing it the tire light was on and the car was still on E! I told the car salesman about the light and the gas he said ok bring it back tomorrow because the service center is close. I took the car back the next day, the service department was supposely had fixed the problem but the same thing kept happening. I also noticed that the car need new windshield wipers. I took the car back and the Manager there was very rude. I told them that we don’t want the car because it has to many problems. He said that Arizona ia a right to Recision state and they cant take the car back. I told him to show me that in the contract. He couldn’t show me and told me to go home and goggle it. I told him that is not my job. He stated that since we drove the car from the lot it was our fault. I told him we drove it off because we did a trade-in and the salesman told us to come back tomorrow. He told me I could talk to anyone at Legal on base and they could tell me its nothing I can do. He said it is a win lose situation and in the in he will win because they have the contract. I told him I even asked for a Carfax and they sales people ignored that too. I clled the dealership and they still give me the run around. I told them I am not driving the car and they can have it back. All I want is my car I traded in and my down payment so I can take my busines elsewhere. Fisher Chevrolet in Yuma, AZ has the WORST customer service EVER!!!!! Please shop somewhere else! They knowingly sold me a bad car to get it off the lot the manager even mentioned yesterday that the price was reduced because he need to make room for new inventory, so that explains why he don’t want the car back! So in my opinion he breeched the contract because he made the sale based on trying to get the car off the lot and he stated thats what i got the warrenty for, because of problems like this. He could care less about my compliant, he is all about making MONEY!!!
