Yep, that was the first question “Frank White” (I do not think he even gave me his right name) asked me when I told him I couldn’t believe the cost for changing my daughter’s Delta flight to the following night (after missing it stuck in Whitestone Bridge gridlock) was double the cost of the original ticket. Mr. White then proceeded to tell me (a business platinum flier on AA) to “fly AA” next time and to “tear up” my new Delta Platinum AMEX. He also told me I could send a letter of complaint to “anyone I wanted” and he had a right to be rude to me. It took my fourth call to Delta to book the ticket, all while sitting in the traffic jam. #FAIL.
