I had my my Internet transferred 53 days ago when I moved. I’ve had 5 different Charter Techs out and one line guy. They’ve said it’s on their end then my end then their end again. I’ve made 27 phone calls total. I’ve received an apology letter from a Vice-President but no service. I received a call from someone from their corporate office (located less than thirty minutes away) who said she’d call me right back with an answer and action plan. That was four days ago.
They have so graciously (sarcasm implied) credit my account. How kind of them not to charge me for service I’m not receiving.
In the meantime (53 day of meantime) I’m losing customer due to slower replies from my home business and losing money as I pay for two services (xbox live and Netflix) that I cannot use.
Not to mention the immense amount of minutes used on my cell phone oh hold sometimes over an hour at a time.
Please sign and help me stop this nonsense. Im under contract so I can’t change services.
