Apparently Chadwicks went into bankruptcy in June of 2011 (Chapter 7) but continued to take orders and when products were returned, customers were given the proverbial run-around and promises that never happened. In December of 2011, they finally told customers about the bankruptcy (now a Chapter 11) and again asked for patience and that someone would all them about their returns/refunds. I just found out that there was a deadline of March 31, 2012 for customers to file claims and needless to say found out that I was “too patient” waiting for them to return my inquiries as promised. I am hoping if enough of us sign up, we can get them to honor their promises and return the money that they have essentially stole from us.
