Purchased a coat online and had to return it. Cabela’s received the return on November 24th, yet still has not refunded my money. Several phone calls have been made to customer service without success. The response is that due to computer problems, it has been taking 4-6 weeks to receive refunds. We’re already at that point! Last call told me that a refund was processed on December 5th (today is the 28th!) but hasn’t been released from the computer. There are no supervisors to speak with, if you ask you are dumped back into the queue and have to tell the story to the next representative. They sure didn’t wait to take my money from the account, why so hard to get a refund? If I would have gone to the store, they would have refunded it right away, but because it is online, am getting run-around. Will never shop at Cabela’s again and would never recommend them to anyone!
