In early part of 2010, we purchased our tickets thru British Airways N.A,
However, the name on the passport spelling was different than airline ticket, they said they would refund the first ticket and we the purchased a 2nd ticket with correct name spelling.
This was purchased thru AAA travel in Arizona, they also were told that a refund would be coming for the 1st ticket.
Contested charge on credit card, cc company reversed the charge and BA said it was a correct charge for airline ticket. was then added again to credit card,
AAA,myself, credit card have sent documented paper work on several occasions to British Airways, they said at one time it was refunded on June 6th. However, our credit card company doesn’t have any record of this, we have contacted BA at least 5 times and sent and resent Registered Mail for all correspondence from AAA, myself and info from Credit Card co. Still NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! NEED HELP GETTING THEIR ATTENTION AND GETTING THISE RESOLVED.
