I BECAME A MEMBER BECAUSE I WAS TOLD BY THE ASSISTANT MANAGER THAT THERE IS A CHILD CARE SERVICE BOTH IN THE MORNING AND EVENING FOR TWO HOURS WHILE AM IN THE GYM. A WEEK AFTER BECOMING A MEMBER I WAS TOLD NO CHILD CARE IN THE MORNING ANYMORE. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO CALL A NUMBER THAT THERE IS NOTHING SHE COULD DO. I CALLED THE NUMBER THEY REFUND THE MONEY TAKING FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER CANCELLATION BUT DID NOT REFUND TRAINER’S MONEY WHICH IS $399.00. I CALLED THEM THEY TOLD ME THEY DON’T REFUND TRAINER’S MONEY UNLESS IT IS FOR MEDICAL REASON OR RELOCATION. I NEED HELP TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I’M A SINGLE (WIDOW) PARENT STRUGGLING TO SURVIVE. I CAN’T LET MY MONEY GO LIKE THAT WITHOUT RECEIVING THE SERVICES THEY PROMISED ME WHEN I REGISTERED. I’M ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE MORNING SO IT IS NOT EASY FOR ME TO WORKOUT IN THE EVENING AND I CAN’T THROW MY CHILD AWAY BECAUSE OF THEIR INCONVENIENCE.
