I have had othing but issues with this company. Techs and reps seem undertrained, rude, and just plain incompetant. I have been having issues since I placed my order for home phone and internet service. I placed the order March 22nd and didn’t finally receive my equipment until April 3rd. I have averaged 3 hours on the phone with support all the time further proving they have absolutely no clue. I have went through 3 routers all of which have so many crc errors (packet confirmation errors) that I have lost count. The techs that come out are only some what brighter than those on the phone. I and my property management are now fighting withh AT&T to get a new line (insisted upon by AT&T) installed. AT&T refuses to issue assurances to my property manager that they will repair/replace any items they damage in the process. This company is yet another poor excuse for a company. What’s sad is AT&T used to be an excellent company.
