Started new service with AT&T mobile phone. Billing for 4/27/2012 to 4/28/2012 was $349.00. After 2 hours & 17 minutes, I was told it was correct, and that the billing cycle ends on the 28 of every month. I had only 1 day of service in that cycle. I can no longer afford their service because of their billing and absolute don’t care attitude and greed. Right now my service is suspended and I am still being charged full service charges. I told them I can’t get caught up because I’ve recently been laid off till September. They told me that they don’t care and have my payment to them. I asked for them to let me have 2 months of no service and to let me start service in September and add that 2 months back onto my contract. I was told no way. That’s not possible.
