WE HAD COMCAST FOR OUR CABLE SERVICE.A PERSON REPRESENTING AT@T CAME TO OUR DOOR AND WANTED US TO TRY UVERSE.SINCE WE HAD 30 DAYS TO TRY IT WE DID.THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE CHEAPER AND WE WERE GOING TO HAVE MORE CHANNELS SO WE TRIED IT.WE ALREADY HAD PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE WITH AT@T FOR 45$ A MONTH FOR 17 YRS.I GOT MY BILL 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY INSTALLED MY SERVICE {WHICH WAS FREE INSTALLATION AND I HAVE THE PAPER TO PROVE IT } FOR CLOSE TO 500$.I CALLED AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR BEFORE TALKING TO ANYONE THAT KNEW ANYTHING AND HE SAID FINE .SINCE YOU RESPONDED BEFORE YOUR 30 DAYS WAS UP WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU.THEY SENT MY UPS PAPERS TO MY HOUSE SO I COULD SEND BACK ALL MY EQUITMENT.I SENT THAT BACK AND HAVE RECIEPTS FOR THAT TOO.I HAVE TALKED TO AT@T ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY STILL SEND ME A BILL AND THEY HAVE EVEN SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS.PLEASE HELP BECAUSE AT@T SURE DIDNT.THANK YOU

The cable companies do whatever they want because there are very few games in any given town. No other industry raises it's prices every 6 months and expects to keep it's customers.

My phone and internet bill has gone up $50 a month for business service. I can't get an explaination from them as to why. Internet service is always cutting out and the last time I had them come out they put a new modem in and charged me for it. Still hasn't fixed the problem. I hate calling customer service because I am on the phone waiting for 45 minutes before I get to talk to somebody.

This is right on the mark. In that just over a year ago, we to were with AT&T and received a highly monthly bill of $246.00 and constant calls to At&T went unsolved and on several of the calls I was talking with a non-American who not only couldn't speak english but was very rude and I asked that I speak with someone who speaks and understands english. What I have found out since AT&T has ships in the oceans that when a call comes in and after the prompts and request to speak with Customer Service, your incoming call is transfered to one of their ships and try to belittle me as the customer. Come to find out addititionaly the people I was speaking or trying to speak to were from Vietnam. Is this fair??!!

It's awful that an "American" company like AT&T uses all tactics to be the big dog, When in fact they are using ships just outside of American Borders and have people from non-American attempt to be rude and speak like this is your bill; if you really want to to piss them off, ask to speak to a superivor or a person who speaks and understands English; these so called customer service reps go off and are offended, rude, and assure customers they will be glad to assist you. Never did receive a postive response!! Shame of this "American" company, AT&T, wonder what AT&T really means??!!

It all started with self install modem that WASN'T. 2 service calls, 3 CUSTOMER SERVICE (?) calls, a condesending attitude-I mailed back modem, had to wait 1 month for hardware to be checked in,was assured would not be charged late charges, 2 months later, LATE CHARGES!! for 4 days of service totalling $16.78. BOOOOOOOOOO! SHAME ON YOU AT&T!

I don't have UVERSE but I do have internet and phone. The phone service is extremely overpriced and the internet service is constantly in and out. I'm not real happy but it does beat Charter services.

Dancing Creek Farm is a wonderful place to board a dog when you have to be away. Tamara tetars our English Setter, Sadie, the same way she tetars her own dogs, and we can go out of town with full confidence that Sadie is being cared for the same way we care for her.Until we found Tamara we boarded Sadie at the vet’s. After the first time boarding her with the vet, not only did she not want to go back when we left town, she still has trouble getting herself out of the car when we have to go to get check-ups and shots. The people at the vet are excellent and the boarding is acceptable, but with the choice of leaving her there, where she stays most of the time in a crate or leaving her with Tamara where she can run with other dogs and enjoy the air-conditioned dog house (with TV and futon), there is no question which we choose.We call the kennel “doggie camp,” and Sadie gets all excited when we head up the road to Tamara’s house. And when she sees Tamara, it is all we can do to hold her on the leash. This is truly a wonderful place to board dogs at the same rate our vet charges. Tamara’s love for animals and her concern for the welfare of her boarders is wonderful. It’s a great facility run by a great animal lover. We greatly appreciate the services she offers.
