WE HAD COMCAST FOR OUR CABLE SERVICE.A PERSON REPRESENTING AT@T CAME TO OUR DOOR AND WANTED US TO TRY UVERSE.SINCE WE HAD 30 DAYS TO TRY IT WE DID.THE PRICE WAS GOING TO BE CHEAPER AND WE WERE GOING TO HAVE MORE CHANNELS SO WE TRIED IT.WE ALREADY HAD PHONE AND INTERNET SERVICE WITH AT@T FOR 45$ A MONTH FOR 17 YRS.I GOT MY BILL 2 WEEKS AFTER THEY INSTALLED MY SERVICE {WHICH WAS FREE INSTALLATION AND I HAVE THE PAPER TO PROVE IT } FOR CLOSE TO 500$.I CALLED AFTER WAITING FOR AN HOUR BEFORE TALKING TO ANYONE THAT KNEW ANYTHING AND HE SAID FINE .SINCE YOU RESPONDED BEFORE YOUR 30 DAYS WAS UP WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU.THEY SENT MY UPS PAPERS TO MY HOUSE SO I COULD SEND BACK ALL MY EQUITMENT.I SENT THAT BACK AND HAVE RECIEPTS FOR THAT TOO.I HAVE TALKED TO AT@T ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY STILL SEND ME A BILL AND THEY HAVE EVEN SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS.PLEASE HELP BECAUSE AT@T SURE DIDNT.THANK YOU
