American Airlines AAdvantage Not Honoring 83871 Miles for purchases made on AAdvantage eShopping mall!

this is a complete disaster. All business professors... this is a great real life example on how to NOT manage PR, social media and respond to a crisis.
This should be a mandatory study for all MBAs

What a bunch of whining losers. Like anyone gives a shit about your stupid web page. Like AA or Verizon profit is going to be affected by a few dozen bozos who think that if they scream and cry for long enough someone will give them something they don't deserve. "Consumer fraud" my eye you were the guys trying to defraud the web site that made a simple and obvious mistake and offered reasonable compensation to fix it

They need to honor it.

The assumption by large corps that they create/ignore/change rules as they see fit is a long-running standard that needs changing.

They have not given me anything and have left me going in circles to get anything out of this.

I've had similar experience with American eshopping, most recently in Sept. '11 for 17,000 miles for purch through its site from a major national chain. They must know this is going on, yet continue to operate the same way. It's a knowing pattern of practice, and I is spelled FRAUD.

you can't say you have no ciedrt when your ciedrt is bad!sorry! you just have bad ciedrt! so that's why you don't fall under No ciedrt and yes everyone will look at that! but your doing what is right look into paying it off mainly the phone and net bills medical bills sometimes are overlooked! pay off the main onese first!With you haveing bad ciedrt you may have to get a co signer (someone with good ciedrt) or show callerial! so if your looking for a car your best bet is to get a beat up forsale on the side of the road first untill you have paid off your bad ciedrt! then 7 years after that it will be off your record and you will have no ciedrt again!if you don't buy or go into default anywhere with in the 7 years!
