The customer service in Blore is so pathetic that for last 5 days i am telling them to send someone after 6 in the evening and they always call me in the first half of the day. They even sent an automated resolution sms saying that your issue is fixed!!!! HOW!!!!! WHEN!!!! Also they should look at their channels… other have got more than 5 or 6 HD channels and here they have 1!!! JUST ONE!!!! Wonder if Sunil Bharti Mittal also has Airtel DTH only… if yes please have a look at the service as well and not just the LOGO!!!!
